We are looking for a new colleague for our rental team!

At Studentbostäder i Norden (SBS), we manage, acquire, build, and develop student housing. We are a fast-growing real estate company with housing in 18 cities in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark - located near campus areas or in the central parts of the towns.

Our vision is to be a leading player in student housing, and we actively work to promote well-being and reduce loneliness for our tenants.

We are now looking for a substitute for one of our rental agents, who will be on leave for studies. In the role of rental agent, you will work closely with others in the rental team and the marketing department. Your workplace will be at our beautiful headquarters, located in the heart of Uppsala.

· Detail-oriented, administrative, and quality-conscious in your work.

· Independent and structured, while also being a team player.

· A person with a high sense of service, as you will often be the first contact our tenants have with us.

This is what the role of rental agent entails

· Renting out our student housing with responsibility for administration related to the assignment.

· Managing our info box and customer-related matters.

· Collaborating closely with property managers and student hosts.

· Contact with universities, student unions, and educational institutions.

· Participating in fairs and other important events.

What we are looking for

· Communicative and service-oriented – you enjoy customer contact.

· Education or experience in property management, rental of housing, or a similar administrative position.

· Good system skills and ability to work with digital tools.

· Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as many of our tenants are international students.
